Shipping & Returns
Pre-Order Policy
Items marked as pre-order will ship on or just before the release date. If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your entire order will not ship until the release date of pre-order merchandise. If you need your other items sooner, please place separate orders or contact us to make arrangements.
Shipping Policy
Ridge Runner Records has years of experience shipping vinyl records. Your package will be carefully packed and shipped via USPS media mail. Orders will generally ship within 3-5 business days (we don't come down off the ridge to visit the post office everyday). We try to be environmentally friendly and reuse / recycle packaging and packing material when possible. Your package may even come with free records to further protect your purchase. Enjoy the freebies, pass them along to a friend, or pitch them....the choice is yours.
Sealed vinyl records occasionally suffer split seams to the jacket caused by the vinyl sliding around inside the jacket during shipment. The packaging and your friendly neighborhood postal carrier are not to blame and we cannot guarantee or exchange these items if they happen to suffer that unfortunate fate. We will gladly open your sealed items and ship the vinyl record outside the jacket to prevent this at your request (and throw in a new outer protective sleeve to boot).
Return & Exchange Policy
We will accept any unopened or defective return within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to set up the return. If the item we sent to you is defective or is not what you ordered, we will send you a shipping label for the return. We will issue a full refund to the credit card or Paypal account used to make the purchase as soon as the item is received. If you ordered the wrong item by mistake or just changed your mind about the purchase, and if the product is still unopened, we will refund the purchase price for the returned item only, not the shipping fee. You will need to arrange to ship the item back to us within the 30 day return window. A refund will be issued when the item has been delivered back to us.
